“KARAPAAKAM KANAVUGAL “(Just Love It)

I have just tried to write a Novel , well I won’t say its fresh new or different . This is about Love .Its the very old Love! Love is as old as ADAM and EVE and Krishna and Gopikas, here I have just imbibed the emotions common to the fraternity and happenings of this Ultra-fast World where People have a Real Face book Life and a Virtual Real Life, well what more can a boy of my age think of writing , if I just want my friends to enjoy my reading (Hopefully?).

This is a story about a young generation and how they deal Love Lust and Life, what’s justified, what’s taken care of. I have taken inspirations from many of My friends, many of my colleagues and just have tried to put it coherently .I would be grateful if you Dislike it so that I could try something better next time, It would be lovely if you still love it . I am not a writer I am just trying to be . Enjoy this and please do write your feedback .

Chapter 1 . London Days

This is the final call for all the passengers boarding to Emirates EK512 to London Gatwick Arjun was rushing to the boarding point completing the security check. Arjun a smart shrewd Engineer from NIT Trichy after just completing his Masters in Software management from the Prestigious IIM-B is evolving as an Expert in Software Business Consulting and being a trained Carnatic singer and an avid reader , no one can stop themselves from just liking this guy at the first sight .

From management to motivation, yoga to yogurt pudding he just loves what he does, Lives every second of his life. Certainly not like any of the Young Tamil Hero’s. Arjun is on an assignment to London to do business consultancy to one of the leading financial institution and is heftily paid in Pounds to buy a Villa at Bandra.

Hisses, its hot here in Dubai isn’t it? Arjun Chirped to his fellow traveller maria a Squash player from Edinburgh , maria resembled Catherine Zeta zones with cute dimples at her face , Arjun never flirts but generally girls used to do that with him being his first overseas travel arjun is all set to explore new horizons at his business benchmark. After exchanging the initial pleasantries Maria was keen on querying about the smart dressed Indian Hunk and also she was explaining about her career aspirations and goals it passed just like that when the Boeing 777 landed at the Cold Gatwick airport.

Gatwick is normally quiet and calm unlike Heathrow or Manchester. Just after parting ways Arjun was ready to march towards Eastham a place closer to central London. Eastham is like a little Asia, particularly a region dominated by Tamils from southern India and Srilanka.Arjun , being a vegetarian food freak who doesn’t want to miss the Indian Cuisine just decided to stay in Eastham as he could feel comfortable arjun was getting the flavour of Mylapore and Jaffna on visiting eastham delicious Indian restaurants and grocery shops just made him think as if he was walking around Besant nagar , a typically urbanised locality in Chennai .Hai I am Arjun from Chennai would like to meet Mr Edward Christian hei! Arjun welcome replied Elisa the Cute receptionist Arjun was guided to his Cabin and a round of introduction to his colleagues, Edward is an Expert in extracting what he wants and he is incharge for the entire offshoring model . Arjun is employed with one of the Top IT providers who produce the NANO , and in Chennai he is based out of the KARAPAKKAM Office at the OMR stretch ,

Arjun is now used to the Normal daily routine from Eastham to London Canary Warf the financial Hub of London Right from Price Water Coopers to JPMC, Barclays and all the Financial Players just ponder in this part of the city , it’s a costly location indeed.It was a Friday and Arjuns Office was buzzed with a dozen Indian Software guys and girls, Ed what’s up today so many Indians here today ? queried arjun hei man they are from TCS just we are starting operations on the Infra and BPM section replied Ed, He generally never discusses plans with his co-workers that to the Indian service providers and Arjun was really not aware of the Guys coming over there .At least if known he would have bugged them to have brought some Sambhar powder and Pickle from Annanagar Grand Sweets . Wasn’t bothered much arjun went back to his Case and started his job .

It was Tea time and when stared working one good thing about IT is that you never know how time passes when you have enough work, but it’s tough to kill time when you don’t have work and your superior sits near , that’s hell.Come arjun let’s get a sip of tea called Ed just climbed downstairs to the HUB- the café area, it’s a small and a cute café with varieties severed. Yuppie here we go and what are you plans for the long week end man , the Easter holidays Royal weeding and may bank holiday queried Ed, Arjun was just glancing through the daylight when he saw a few bright young men and 2 cute Indian girls proceeding to the HUB . Give me a second Ed! left arjun hastily near the table where the IT guys from India were sitting and chatting .

Hai I am Arjun , I am from TCS Chennai and I am a part of FBC team (Financial Business consulting ) FBC is considered to be one of the Niche teams in TCS where number crunching Nerds and Thoughtful convincing leaders are part of. Being a prodigy from IIMB arjun is among a few young chaps at FBC.

Oh!! Hei I am Gopalsubramaniam Project manager Infra said a man with an Ash mark on his head and looked sharp and intelligent Hei this is Maya Sharma, said a tall and fair girl , u can call me Maya. I am a software developer I am ARADHANA, and I am a part of the data warehousing team crisply uttered Aradhana. I am Ankit Verma developer from datwarehousing team I am Andrew Jacob part of Infra team . After the round of introduction , Maya asked Arjun “ Aab Ko Hindi Aatha Hei “ (You know hindi right ?) Arjun a pucca CSK whistle podu guy knows Hindi ,Sanskrit French and generally never express his indulgence to converse in any specific regional language when it’s a blend of India guys he would rather prefer English which is eloquent !. Hah Atha Hei ! Let’s better be in English replied to Maya. So where are you from asked Gopal Gopal sir I am from madras, what about you all Maya is from the Joyful Goa, the other guys from UP and Delhi and Aradhana said she is from Chennai .

Ok then we will meet up in today’s Lunch .!!! Saying Bye Arjun left the café … Maya liked Arjun of course which girl wont he is smart intelligent and highly paid ( That’s mostly important). She was just saying this to Aradhana hei did you see that guy he is cho chweet yaar . I don’t think he has a girlfriend what you say ? Aradhana generally is a reserved girl and once she develops friendship she will be a jovial person and will really be a nice team player. Since aradhana and Maya were on board on this project being the only 2 girls in this project aradhana has to jell with Maya , though their tastes and preferences are totally different .

Aradhana didn’t reply to Maya and just smiled. Okay we will get ready for the project demo said the task master Gopal…

Chapter -2 -- Long Weekend

Guys today is Friday we are at London! Why don’t we try out some night out asked Jacob? I am out quickly replied Gopal! an Introvert who generally doesn’t party rather prefers listening to Velukudis Discourses. Gopal respects people treats them fairly a rare trait among Managers in IT these days. He is Intelligent, smart and humble generally gopal likes mentoring juniors he used to explore and write about Meta physics its genesis the science and religion connotation. He is married with a son . Hei pals why don’t we call up arjun said maya that’s a nice idea echoed the group.

Its 05:30 Pm now we finish dinner and reach Leicester Square By 09:00 Pm and this is the plan said Jacob, Arjun this is Maya, what about a Night out today ?.What ? Quizzed arjun paused for a moment and then asked smartly who are all grouped? all in except Gopal replied Maya. Ok I am in will meet you at Eastham Station finished arjun. Being the First time goers, the group wasn’t aware of the Etiquette for Clubbing in UK. That’s a kinda of weird style where you have to dress a bit Madly Formal to press up on !!. Arjun is always well informed of things and he had a nice Sea Blue Shirt, Wrangler Jean, gelled hair and an excellent silky Black Blazer matching outfit.

Maya was just blushing on seeing Arjun , he was Alluring Arjun that day . Doode you are hot man cried Jacob, Jacob is a freaky nut who just lives the moment, if you a nerd you will hate Jacob; else he is the right guy to be in the gang. Its Train time guys said Aradhana tickling the key chain . Its Destination Leicester Square now. Aradhana never volunteers to start a conversation, but that day she did aradhana, arjun and Maya were sitting in the 3 seater facing north. So are you a kind of party Freak ?? aradhana asked arjun Nope! arjun quickly replied. I generally live with the Gang and I love listening to Music at my room which is solitude for me . I just felt bit boredom and also you guys are nice to hang out so I jumped in clearly said Arjun . I haven’t experienced a Nightout in my Life said Aradhana Hmmm Me too joined arjun . Maya was typically annoyed by these stereotypic discussions. She is a practical girl who never wastes time with a handsome Hunk . She flirts to the extent she could !!Okay what are your hobbies aradhana started Arjun , I read Fiction and practice Carnatic Music , I swim and work out at Gym interfered Maya, Arjun just don’t like ignoring any person , he was really enjoying Maya’s inquisitiveness .Carnatic huh?? Smiled Arjun and asked her how long she has been practising . It’s close to 3 years said Aradhana. Arjun being a trained Carnatic singer and sings at Sabah’s during the Maarghazai concerts he just liked Aradhana’s attitude of a flamboyant female and the interrogative interest, boys generally like Bold and beautiful girls. Arjun thought why the Ok looking girls are so presuming and the cute peers are calm and humble. He has read ‘Men are From mars and Women are from Venus’ book at least 3 times . Arjun is really a mature man after the insight he got at IIM B where the ambience is awesome the best of the brains battle for fame and fortune. One can really learn and experience management with style along with stress at the IIMS.

Guys we get down here and meet you at Square said Jacob and Ankit who were getting ready to have a ball before the Clubbing . Their schedule had a round of Margarita and gulp of JD (jack Daniel) at the weather spoons and then after feeling quite High directly to the Arab dominated Edge street to have some HOOKA- SHISHA ( Flavoured Tobacco Smoke) which the ancient Mughals practised why don’t we join you ?? asked Maya no we are not we will stay with Arjun replied Aradhana who by now started enjoying arum’s company , once common trait among girls is that they Like boys who are good listeners arjun is a good listener especially to girls. The dispersed gang started their walk along the streets of London.

Aradhana and arjun were at Extremes amid the Likes of MAYA. Slowly when they reached Marble arch station arjun started to narrate about Hyde’s park which has got Diana’s memorial and he had so much facts on the History , Economics, Romance and Finance, where the last 2 are very important to girls .Now slowly Aradhana was moving to the other side and now Arjun is amid the Like of these two Young Women .Girls are too fast in both making and breaking relationships , Boys are blunt open mind and easily vulnerable to girls . Arjun was rationally thinking in his mind and laughing , arjun is a unique guy and bit Mentally strong and tactically smart like his Mom . Say about your College days arjun ? queried, interested aradhana. Hei no say about your Previous dates chuckled Maya!. Arjun just hit mays head slowly cracking ‘Are you Insane?’. Well I did my UG in computers from NIT –Trichy and then did my MBA from Banglore.Arjun never flaunts he is an IIM alumni where did you do your MBA? Asked Maya, it was from IIM-B. IS it? aradhana was just excited as if she has cleared the GD/PI for the IIMS. Now Aradhana’s respect for Arjun is increased by leaps and bounds. Girls see the financial viability ,boys charm and his character to be kind and courteous for boys only one factor matters either a ‘Super Figure’ or a ‘Sappa Figure’ nothing more . Arjun was just thinking of this phrase.

Aradhana was getting amazed by Arjuns Impressive temperament and his charmness to just sweep a person by his activities, he is just like a Walking Wikipedia to discuss on anything from Poetry to Prognosis, Economics to Electronics. Ladies this is Leicester square showed Arjun a few metres before the charmful location. Wow its colourful, amazing happening and chaotic too at times with bars, Clubs pubs. Aradhana was amazed and maya was literally Jumping. So what’s next ask ed the eager aradhana , We will wait for our guys and also we have got options here to choose the Club where we could dance for a while .Time passed and it was around 12:00 Am and the crowd started to buzz the area , hei folks shouted Jacob ! Jacob come this side replied Arjun . The JD was not working so fast it seems and our guys we all in control .Let’s get in guys said Arjun after buying the tickets.

STROM – it was like a dark Tunnel leading to an oval dance floor with a few Asians and the youth were just dancing like Hell. It was Akon's ‘NANA ‘ that banged the floor and our guys slowly started to tap to the beats , Maya was just waiting to rope in with Arjun and have a toast , arjun had different plans on dancing with an English girl, on knowing a few nice dance moments arjun was confident enough. Aradhana the fair agaraharam girl had no clue on what to do and was just dancing at the corner with maya with no option left out .

Arjun was really jellying well with the crowd, a short cute girl Emma was dancing near Arjun and just patted saying ‘ like to dance with Me’, Sure baby we will have a blast . The couple started to dance Coherently , maya and aradhana affixed their eyes on arjun and emma. And our other guys were busy gulping a few more rounds of Heineken. Emma was quite a chick and arjun was smart enough to handle her . Arjun didn’t want to imitate certain intricate steps and close encounters as he didn’t want to embarrass his friends and also put him on a soup. Maya was dancing with an Italian Freak and Aradhana was left alone and Arjun just noticed that, after dancing with Emma for an Hour, he just said Bye to her and went near Aradhana who was staring at Him. ‘Ennoda Ada varingala aradhana’( Can you dance with me) invited in Tamil . Poda said Aradhana . ok then we will make a move said Arjun knowing that aradhana was no more interested to stay there . yeah that’s fine said aradhana, they just waved at Jacob and Maya saying that they will be back the couple started to walk around Leicester square , and as usual like a mani ratnam movie an eerie silence was surrounding the couple . so what do you think about Girls ? asked Aradhana. ( Every girl asks this question to the Guy she likes) all girls are the same cha! arjun was laughing inside and just said Girls are like Books have to get the right one read them try to follow them and carefully maintain them .

Aradhana just started falling in love for this guy for his transparency attitude, charisma and the Uniqueness. After a couple of miles away from the Club discussing on the usual topics , the couple returned to Strom where the other guys were waiting , the gang partied hard and were just getting ready to get back to Eastham . This is the way to the station said The drugged jacob, mostly the drugged man’s Perception is right laughed arjun . The Long week end was enough for these girls to relax and restore back to normalcy .

Chapter -3 -- Karapakkam OMR.

It’s a Sunny morning at CMBT Bus terminus , tagged IT professionals waiting for the Easy Going costly 570 bus to stretch along the OMR. Hi Siddharth ! how are you da ? Appraisal overa da asked Giri!

Yes da as usual Appraisal didn’t go well da. I don’t know why managers alone get promoted every year and they suck the bloody developer’s blood like a anaconda. Value adds, extra efforts, leadership, skillset I am allergic to those words da .These Hippocratic managers live only on these words. Fumed Siddharth! Just leave it da said Giri. Giri an assertive lad from Anna nagar a qualified Accountant currently pursuing his Fellowship at the Actuarial society of India . A typical Ambi like guy yet smart and charming he works as a Senior business Consultant at TCS along with Siddharth.

Siddharth a Computer science Engineer from SASTRA Thanjavur a college known for compliance, controversies and collaborations . Siddharth is a native of Chennai and a diehard DAV guy he is among peers who drink coffee only at Mocha, date at Dublin(park Sheraton), most of them reside at Boat club Poes garden. Read Robin Cook ,Crichton and listen to Beatles, Linkin park, Eminem yet use the local foul cry “ Ot*** enna maama solran avan” !!. That’s their style, yet siddharth was contended and not corrupted! Giri and siddharth are friends since their school days.

Doode there comes 570!! Ho Ho!!!.. The duo got in to the last few seats at the crowded 570 bus. Dei see da Silpa is there da , the bus was slowing down to get a few more passengers at Ashok pillar dei see da siddu she is getting in dei leave it da said dis interested siddharth . Machan she is coming this side da. Silpa is a cute fresher joined TCS a couple of months back she resembles Vidya balan and now being a celebrated as the Heart throb of karappakkam office ironically she is single and pacing up at receiving at least 4 proposals a day the pace is getting bullish better than BSE !!!.

Hei guys can you hold my bag, chirped the cute silpa dressed in pink salwar she is beautiful, her dressings are fascinating !giri was just murmuring. This is Giri, and that’s Siddharth introduced giri , hai! Smiled siddharth and ended the conversation. I am silpa and I am a fresher joined TCS karapakkam. Oh really ? Replied giri! as if he didn’t know her, giri has been crying her name since she joined TCS and started boarding the 8:30 Am 570 Bus . Yeah we too belong there replied Giri.

What the Heck!! All good looking girls and well paid ass belong there, a lakh people belong there muttered a passenger who was sitting at the front seat. Silpa was laughing on hearing this who are you man ? Asked Giri Hey guys I am santhanam from HCL he said with a smile. Just said my views on TCS is that wrong guys?. Hei man that’s cool smiled giri.

Giri and silpa were continuing the conversation and Siddharth was reading the Book ‘The Deccan Odyssey “ -Biography of Deccan Airways Captain Gopinath and he was really inspired by the Entrepreneurs ethos . Siddharth reads a lot and he aspires to be a writer someday, he has won a hundred prices in various writing competitions. He is flamboyant both in Tamil and English.Silpa noticed that siddharth gave the least importance to her also she felt that siddhath is not arrogant and he is a kind of a different guy who just wants not to focus on what he dislikes. A rare trait among boys. Silpa being a sensible girl just wanted to talk to siddharth some time. SRP Tools!! Shouted the conductor. Guys we have to get ready said Silpa. Yeah replied siddharth after finishing the initial chapters of the Book, it’s a must read Giri , you have to read this book some time . What’s that book about siddharth ? Yeah it’s about how an Ex-service man from Indian army went on to become a celebrated Entrepreneur facing some many hindrances, Silpa knew Siddharth was true and he speaks from his heart as he was talking to her on seeing her eyes straight and he was focussed on what he wanted to say and was very clear on his intentions. She has seen a number of hunks trying to impress her by trying the gimmicks. She found siddharth smart, shrewd and authentic.

Let’s check in Now , it’s yet another day at TCS Karappakkam !! Bye guys catch you later silpa moved in to her fresher training camp where boys and girls who are yet to know the corporate atrocities and the delivery diligences, appraisal assaults and the HR homicides .Dei why are you so moody today? You could have gestured well to silpa. Sorry da that wasn’t intentional, today is June 18^th and its her birthday da it has been 2 years since I proposed to her .Oh sorry machan replied Giri, okay relax dude, probably I will email her today and see ask her how she doing . Ok that’s up to you and don’t bring me in to picture da. Ok siddu replied giri. Siddharth is a kind of straight forward guy and never betrays people, he imbibes trust and care in his relationship with every single person. There has never been a single incident where siddharth has hurt any of his friends or foes .He is courageous, courteous and kind. Most of the times Nice guys Get Nice Girls, but it takes a while for those nice girls and boys to realise that their counterparts are a worthy pair . The gender chauvinism and the dreadful Ego plays the part.

Hei , How are you doing there? Hope the project and things are fine at your end?. Here things are fine and nothing special doing here. How is the climate over there and its June 18th today and wishing you a happy and cheerful Birthday and this birthday should be very special to you Isn’t it?. How is the weather over there and are u fine with the food and accommodation? Do post us updated and will mail you later.

An Atheist Actor & An Iyengar Man

Have been thinking for some time to pen down this post… This peculiar post is about a man his passion, his faith, his experimentation which at time has stirred up emotions, controversies even thought provoking creations.
This boy, along with his brothers were named by his father after being inspired by an Islamic freedom fighter, being an iyengar this man was bold enough to name them as HASAN’s which is an ARABIC word meaning Good-looking/handsome/Popular. May be he should be knowing that this smart boy is going to be a celebrity and going to create history...

By now you all would have figured out this Man in the centroid of this narration, as being confessed by this man, who has been brought up in an environment of traditional values and spiritual sense of Vaishnavism. So there has been a coupling of spirituality and his senses since his childhood, and we all know very well that Mr kamal Hassan has been demonstration acclaiming(Politically, obviously not socially) sense of Atheism, Rationalism (Which many think is against Spiritualism)
My view point is that till now Mr.Kamal Hasan has been demonstrating continuous devotion towards GOD(Lord Vishnu), so I felt like expressing a few glisters of his depiction on the characters, portals and his messages…
The objective is not to hurt any soul rather to re iterate a sense of grasp as an ordinary fan and a theist. Let’s talk some logic here
As read somewhere in order to explain darkness you have to sense the light!! There is darkness- because there is no light; if a man has never felt / had an idea about light then he can’t differentiate darkness and light.
Mr.Kamal Hassan talks about darkness, for which he should have felt Light!! And he has. Let’s dig Deep now. Based on inferring some of his critically acclaimed and award winning movies, their dialogues and the characterisations we could fairly relate he is a thinker, philosopher and a propagator of Theism.
As confessed by Him, he has been continuously using the Name ‘Shri Ramachandra Murthy as his character in most of his movies. (this could be an absurd point ), but Mr Kamal has said he has loved that name and just a corollary any other devotee would love to chat the name of GOD which brings glory and helps to attain the Acharyans feet.
As per Thirumangai Azhwar’s words :

So Mr Kamal has been continuously chanting the Narayana mantram (Which is in many forms as Kesava, Narayana, Madhava, …… In which Rama is an important avtar and a divine chanting).
The following are the movies in which he has named many of his characters by the Almighty’s name. Again being a creator he may have chosen any character or name to a movie even to give it a feel of reality I don’t know whether it’s an occurring coincidence or sheer intention to name them. Other than ranagarajan nambi all the other characters are no way related to God and he could have given it any name.. krishnaveni paati could have been Godavari , cauvery, any N number of names which didn’t have a god’s name in it, Govind ramamswamy could be a scientist named Muthu, subbu, peter, Tamilvendhan, tamil azaghan , even Veeramani to the worst case…. But why Govind and why ramaswamy,..

I feel this testifies the attraction Mr Kamal has for GOD. Again I stress this could be an absurd argument for you, but if you see them deeply , kamal is powerful enough to influence directors cant he just work on a name demonstration his Atheism for which the fan following is equally more in this Tamilnadu sorry DRAVIDA naadu ….
Just think you can observe the reality.
There are many occurrences, depiction in his movies where he criticizes GOD and his existence. His latest Movie Manmadhan Ambu , he recites a Poem in which he talks about Godess Lakshmi and Maha Vishnu which has stirred up controversy.

Even I heard a recent talk about him where he says an Atheist should never hurt the sentiments of the other theist and it’s quite evident that in order to propagate a concept an idea u have to first believe it and even Kamal has been a Theist and he is propagating the Lords name even more than a Theist.
I have heard in stories that HiranyaKasibu prahalad's father said was saying the word narayana more times than prahalad was actually chanting saying that “Narayana Doesn’t exist”. .Similar MR kamal Hassan trying to demonstrate that he is a Theist he gives a strong sense of spirituality by chanting the lords name.

Meanwhile the hired TATA Indica was nearing the Meenambakam Airport, there was silence and only silence in the CAB as it was a difficult moment for hari’s parents as hari was leaving to US that day after 5 long years of IT experience.

When he hari woke up from his nap the cruise should have crossed the indian air heading towards Dubai. There hari saw a giant man with a cargo T shirt and a track suit and he was heading towards the Rest room over there. Hari earlier had a glimpse of this hudson when he played with the security guy at the chennai airport , the fictional character hardy flashed into hari’s mind when he saw this guy Hudson.
After a couple of minutes Hudson was walking towards hari and asked if he could take the seat next to him. Thinking being extra courteous inquisitive hari said a big yes and this big bum sat next to him and this where the flight took a turn.
Lunch was served and it’s a somber feeling inside the aircraft and most of them felt asleep when this Hudson poked the airhostess demanding for a drink and already he was full. The airhostess refused to give him more and this Hudson hastily took a knife and pointed it over hari and mostly abducted him for a shot of tequila.

Hari was terrified as ram and lakshman. The entire crew was amazed and a serious situation rose in the aircraft . Children started crying and a sudden hassle followed the calm Boeing and this incident set things ablaze. Hudson was on a roll and hari was literally crying and was terrified by the proceedings. Then came Elisa near the rear end of the aircraft where hudson was panicking the entire crew. Elisa resembles Catherine zeta jones and is considered to be the shrewd air hostess in the entire crew. She just rushed up near hudson in spite of her fellow passengers alarm and just hugged hudson and give him a kiss on his lips, Hudson was speechless as so hari ,and may be hudson might have got the effect of a shot of tequila with this kiss and he instantly dropped the knifed and hari was released, that was the first time hari saw a smooch in his life and also the first time being taken knife point. The hassle was solved and the flight made an emergency landing at Peshawar and hudson was arrested and now the Boeing was flying to Dubai.
Hari had a night mare and was pacified later. When he boarded his connecting flight to US and coincidentally the seat next to him was vacant . Hari was just praying for a safe landing, when the flight was about to take off a cute chick was approaching hari showing that she is going to sit in the empty seat next to him. Hari was in cloud nine and was dumbstruck on seeing that beauty but the blood bath from a knife scratch terrified him he just asked the lady what was her name?? Rakila she replied, hari cried no rakila no Tequila please leave me alone…..

Life isn’t a project to just rush up and execute in a haste where there are going to be some obvious flaws for sure if done so. Huh!! its after all a fatigued cry of a stressed out professional, Life is a breeze, it’s like a cup of coffee, we have to cherish the moments and just feel the taste at least for some time.
Agitated, carrying on the onus of a so called carrier for ourselves I feel some of my contemporaries are really posing as cajoling the code and feeling passionate about the profession. But the real picture reads on a ridiculous truth that it’s not the case.

When I was having a glimpse of the magazine ‘THE WEEK’ where the editor has given a creative picture as the caption for the health supplement where it portrays a Professional wraps a flower wreath to his body signifying that he is craving his own grave. Stress, lack of motivation, being machined and emotionless are the critical attributes my generation has as an identity. Many have debated, demonstrated and deliberated the need for the change…..

It’s just my verbal capsule anticipating a change!!!!
Just rolling on Junk food, counting on the big bucks we earn and just living on weekends hardly gives any sense to life.
Again this emotional exuberance doesn’t just express the sour in the profession but I feel the essence of life is being really missed. What can be enjoyed by just loving a monitor for 8 hrs a day of work for which u have to travel 4 hrs daily … When u miss a relatives marriage, when u miss to see a new born baby , when you are deported somewhere in Michigan and your newly married wife is in Madras, can love be delivered as a code that we do on a timely basis… !!!

It’s all insane!! Life is not being sensed its being senseless , just see people who enjoy life throughout-- Sachin, laloo (Of course I firmly believe he loves doing corruption), spielberg, GOD (he really loves listening to his devotees prayer – As read from one of a Vedic Verse) !!.
The solitude has to be sensed and the reality has to be realized, I firmly believe destiny is uncertain, u can be an optimist utmost and not a judge to have an verdict on.It’s all pre determined and at least we can enjoy the time we are entitled with…

Just out of frustration I have figured out something..At least lets all start to live life.. Again its only for a bunch of brothers who brawl all time and not for the behemoths who don’t bother much !!!

The piece of thought has been a weary stuff that has been kindling my mind for a while. I was just looking to explode and not more to explore on this as the thought has been philosophical, mythical, and weird and add any other adjective to depict the state of a confused mind.
What is Life? I am aghast by reading philosophical quotes, spiritual sentences and practical paradigms. What is success?? What is happiness and more importantly what is contentment???. As a child, kid, a school student we all posses these attributes, but I should say me and not use we from now on!! But I am totally unaware of what these things have been. Yeah may be I was happy when I got promoted! When there was a hike, but that was for an instant and the next day I was again at ground zero. I interacted with a numerous colleagues of mine and they are all in the same state of mind. A married man is getting mad and a bachelor who is single is anticipating more madness. These are all phases of metamorphosis Cheating, piggybacking and egoism prevail over any portray able quality.
What life is this?? I am not exhausted by any incidents but I am afraid of being a victim of an unsuccessful actor at the world’s stage. I can’t cherish life and just live the life what it throws at you when you can’t live with the people you love when you can’t do the work you want to do and it’s all equal to the state of zombie. Many of my friends have been courageous enough to take steps to break the ice and do what they wish; I have had n number of discussions for N power N times with my pals where the end product is again at the state of 0. Money is not the only factor to have a rational decision, but that counts most of the part where job satisfaction and accomplishment matters the rest.
Physiological and physical affinity towards any act/work matters greatly to the result that produces. I am sleeping every day with a question of what ihave been doing and what I am going to do. So far I have been very obscure in my decisions where determination and focus matters.
I am a through optimist but the language so far have been used is exactly the opposite of what I want to be. May be that’s why I am murky and a bit Mad.. I am worried about my current generation where I could find many of my fellow colleagues are contagious to this form of an abstract ambience…

Why I am desperate on expressing my unrest!! still I am yet to know that!!!Till I find that and I come up with an explanation just bare with me and my mundane mind and tattered thoughts…

This is some real good stuff any leader has to learn, the moment a man stops learning his leadership becomes numb. Determination is a word that has to be closely coupled with leadership, leadership again need not be hierarchical, it’s imbibed with attitude, articulation and output a professional creates. A deterministic developer can be a leader in way of ensuring flawless delivery and exuberant team work. But how can a meagre developer ascend the throne of leadership? .Yes it could be attained by a continuous quench for improvement, progressive development and excellence and beyond every thing being deterministic of what he wants to achieve. I strongly feel this Employee first concept can be visualised as an arena for nurturing the Leadership abilities.

A leader should have integrity, commitment and be deterministic over the cause .His actions has to be transparent, I know many of you wont accept that the system is 100% transparent, what we feel is right and to ensure full transparency each and every one of us have to be determined over the actions we perform, fight for the rights we posses and can finally share the joy we get.
Being a leader is very simple, it’s all about delegation and allocation rather being a deterministic leader where standing and combating for the cause (Be it People, country, or a cause) makes a lot of difference. In most of the cases a deterministic leader has failed, yet their qualities are remembered rather than their defeats.
My instinct on just writing is this blog is that we must remember that one determined person can make a significant difference, and that a group of determined people can change the course of history.

What an overnight transformation from the broad streets of Srirangam to the Snow falling Woods of Russia. Yeah ! a diehard Iyengar Boy making a catholic connection through the “Titos”.
The topic sounds apt as they not only bring together 2 different horizons but also the integrity of love and its lust for true heart.

Ram being a smart Engg grad was on a versatile vacation to “coorg” where having fun was the ultimate objective, as a medium of achieving it there was DJ’s, Campfires and even Daunting Disco’s to beat the cold and feel Hot really Hot .

The 7 member group was on their full form swimming in the pool, in really enjoying the cool nature. Being a boy of high emotional quotient and very inquestive Ram was always on Cloud nine.

There was a storm for ram when the 4 of the 7 member gang left for Titos (The local dance floor... of- course a costly floor too) . This transformed the white crossed fair guy horny and hot.

“Dark Floor”,” Dancing Couples”, Smoking Teens and seduction was the scene there. A hard core western dance floor. Then they realized the real name behind “Titos”. There was really “Cultural Culling” and “Heritage Hammering”. Boys and girls hardly apart from each other and there was really a eager over hunger!

Ram was anticipating the action and he got around finally. There was no response for this rattle guy as every body was busy in their work. After few minutes of solo scrambling at the dance floor, a milky way got into Rams way, As white as the milk a girl in Pink Tops and black jean was making us all real beans. Her looks created licks among all the lads over there.

The Bold, Brutal ram brilliantly banqueted the girl, he got hold of the chance, and charismatically the milky was a clicky for him.Aggraveted by rams anticipated action the rest of the three were in deep vain.

There was no smooch, no squeeze, but soft dance and this continued for sexy sixty minutes.
The Iyengar guy was rocking in Salsa, Hip- Hops (Get it right!) and belly style. We never saw him shaking like this before (I meant the dance). Symbolizing a student of shakira, and the movements of Michael Jackson, this ram was in real jam.

A literal fire broke out b/w the 2 and both were really enjoying the heat, be it push in or a roll over or a slide in arm (all meant in dance), the steps were superb and scintillating. The rest 3 were shell shocked and also sad as they never expected the curd rice guy to cum like this. This continued for more than 3 hours” its really a Saturday night fever” u could just imagine a full length movie got over. Really there is no doubt in the optimistic, ornamental and adorable skills of this Ram who was in Jam with this Petersburg Burger.(That chick)…He really deserves to be in Petersburg from Perumalkovil…

I am a bold benevolent bachelor cried Raman an IIT alumnus working for Delloite with a lucrative package of 25 LPA,a duplex house at Navi Mumbai and an Imported SUV. Ten years back at a small town in TamilNadu Raman aka RamaGopalan was at class 10 and it was during that time he started using the pills which was prescribed for his syndrome and after an year or two when he was at IIT Chennai Raman was really weird to know that most of his Peers were also suffering from the same disorder.
Raman even had a gang formed and have brainstormed the reasons for the detrimental effect and the viable solutions. None of the best brains in the country was able to get an enduring solution for that rather suggested elusive method. Even the clinical experts were consulted for problem and they were really skeptical about the cause of this effect among the legion of young men.
They were humiliated, stressed, overlooked and were totally ignored by the Chicks in the campus, the bandwagon of boys were really obsessed on this. Raman stopped narrating his past experiences during his college days to his new Colleague Manjit Singh a young lad from Punjab. Once Raman huffed after completing ,Manjit can’t stop laughing and was really awestruck on hearing Raman, ironically Manjit also suffers from the same problem that Raman was talking about.

Arey yaar!! Stop blabbering I am even affected badly by what you were saying and none of us could resist this, they call it genetically inherited and it has no cure of course it can’t be dealt with easily. Raman was fuming to reply yet he was patiently listening to Manjit. Just a moment! Excused Manjit and was rushing to the Rest Room, and after a couple of minutes Ram was really perplexed by Manjith’s movements and was feeling really weird.
Oh My God!! What the hell is that screamed Ram on seeing Manjit without his turban and to his surprise Manjit was as bald as ram and has been hiding it by the turban unintentionally. A single annoying factor has made a crater on these brilliant gentlemen and obsessed them. Now both of them can’t stop laughing yet tears were rolling down their cheeks. Being bold is gold but for girls being bald is the worst, that’s the worst dream for any youngster.

After all these young lads are being punished for doing no harm. They use shampoos, creams, gels and a lot more protective measures but it’s the destiny’s decision to punish them. After the long dialogue they duo went for coffee. The Italian restaurant was jam packed on that warm Sunday and a bubbly girl as white as a snow sparkled there in a black sleeveless with her friend and to their luck there were only two chairs that shared the same bay with our bald boys. Hay, this is Aradhana Shankar and that is Mridula Mohan tweeted that cute chick to Manjit. Singh was at cloud nine and was gasping at ram. Ram wasn’t interested and just said a formal hay.

From child hood days Ram always had a flair for English and wanted to improvise it indeed. Manjit said a big yes to Mridula’s request and now the couples were comfortably seated then. So what you do queried Aradhana? To the clean shaved Ram who was striking right from his glaring head to his neat Nike shoes. Let me guess interrupted Mridula! Students Right???

Yeah a couple of Years back at IIT replied elated Ram who always boasts over his Grey cell connection over IIT!
Now we work for KPMG said Singh. IIT!! Huh hissed mridula amid a normal Aradhana who has been sheer brilliant girl. Being a DU (Delhi University) Economics Topper.
That was our first meet baby! Ram was reciting the whole story to Siddharth his three year old son, now Aradhana is Aradhana Raman and Mridula is Mridula Manjit Singh. The Bold guys got beautiful ladies, after all anything can happen with a Cup of coffee, its hard to realize that “Not Only Bold Is Beautiful But Also Bald”

An normal boy next door alike the looks of danush (Even better) having dreams of making it to the foot prints of Will smith or Mel Gibson isn't that really crazy??? No its not. The motive is to dream and the destiny is to achieve that has been dreamt.

Is there any thing that stops us to dream big?? No Not at all that’s really a stimulant! Yes it is. Having a dream of doing research on Global Economics from the LSE and making a hard try to align you to the band of Noam Chomsky and Paul krugman by having a column at the New York Times.

The one thing that really matters is the penance and perseverance that u have to invest to achieve the destiny. But no one really stops u from doing that does any one. Of course yes the normal man is obsessed not only to make money but to emotions,senses and a lot more.

Eventually success is beyond all these u have to cross a million miles to reach the shore of Light- destiny. The pain is really annoying and even makes you brittle. But that’s a molding process to mantle you.

But how to navigate in the right path how to achieve success when the aspirations are as high as the sky but not efforts. This is really not a Mutual Fund game to have double to get for what u bet This is life Each and every day counts we loose time,material loved ones and a lot more.

Even they have done so Jessie Owens, Michael Schumacher,Indira Nooyi and the list goes on reading bright stars. These stars were once eclipsed by various factors but their penance and perseverance made them a Star…

Philosophy has always been a perplexed and bewildered topic for me since I knew about it and has been really skeptical to emulate and understand. I have got a better glimpse of it by reading Jiddu Krishnamurthy (J.K) and Paulo cohelo; let me put it straight from the gut.

Karma, Birth- of course Rebirth , values, spiritualism, Demand-supply, life… and a few more have allured and kindled the interest in me to explore, equally likely these are potentially weird and have been daunting me for quite some time for a coherent understanding.When a person reaches a state of void – A non charismatic attitude about the way of life. The way to live with money, fame, relations and lots more and when he thinks of his mission on earth, the effect of his birth and his accomplishment before death. What exactly fills the vessel?

What does prevail over the legacy some leave behind, the records they make, money they earned ands a life style they shadowed, is that something that gives a sense of tranquility!You feel love, sense lust live on money value relations, achieve ambitions yet some legion among the mankind senses some space of void that still remains unfilled.What exactly will make a human happy! Contented millionaires dream to be billionaires and they to trillion, there was a time when the continents across the world were invaded for power, wealth and passion and even now in the disguise of science & technology the mankind is invading the Moon and the Mars, is that a mark of contentment?

I was really shocked to read that one of the bollywood star is being gifted with a piece of land in the moon every year by one of his Australian fan on his B day. Holy shit we are getting ready to pollute the moon!! Seeing all these marks of mankind’s evolution and exploitation I always question myself when do we reach peace and attain tranquility.

To be true we don’t and we won’t, ironically you aren’t safe even at death. The recent demise of one of the greatest pop icons of the world has revealed the fact that for various concerns his cemetery has been kept a secret. Pathetic isn’t it? Do we attain peace on achieving our ‘’Destiny’’yeah! We do so but destiny is a variable term, today my destiny is to get a car for my wife but next year its an ‘SUV’ and the year ahead it progress to an Lamborghini. Strange right but that’s the reality!!! A bitter truth which we never dare to realize rather complaint, one fact is that we as humans will never be accomplished with what we have and get except for a few exceptional who are the protagonist of the masses. Be it spiritual political or moral they are the real with no mirage.

Might be Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln but still you ever had a chance to ask them whether they have attained destiny they really may not be able to answer you that’s my take! These 23 years of engrossing reach and what I have been and have been with has just thought me one thing a charismatic word “ IDEOLOGY” which could be visualized by various ways and means I feel its spirituality my friend says its communality and other feels something else. But this powerful tool could really fill a quantifiable amount of void that’s been left out. I have thought of it and my fellow travelers in the domain of time I believe this VALUE could be converted to a VALUE, I am not competent enough to talk on value but I really feel the guilt of not filling up the void that’s left out for which I believe a way of is possible . Be aware and beware of this Void lets not get out of this world empty!

Many call me a prank, some call me a verbomaniac, I never abase that rather that’s what the reality is , I scribble this piece of thought not to earn empathy, fame or even a few quantum of your time but to stir a true enough soul that’s is subsiding in every one of us.
The Lead line may sound aesthetic, philosophic but u will know the essence of it by reading the final words of this narration.Attitude – a so called word which orbits around almost every one nowadays, be it a sweeper or a s/w engineer, a politician or a prisoner, a man’s deeds, even destiny is decided by this word. A powerful word to power play an individual, yes it’s all about this attitude.
“If you believe in your deeds and attitude the Entire world Energises and helps you “these are the words of PauloCoelho from “The Alchemist’, The most aspiring, and agile quality in human is this Attitude. Be it to direct a movie, write a poem, impress a lover, do an invention, or even to have a good sleep the ultimate objective is to have a novel attitude.
Don’t teach me fish, teach me how to fish!! Being a old enough proverb to describe attitude, the adaptability to learn, the flexibility not to be fragile and the energy and enthusiasm being a few attributes of this attitude. An introvert, a boy who feels so shy and not even talks to his class mates went on to win a billion hearts and more by winning a Double treat “OSCARS” – yes its Rahman. A cool and humble Management Graduate worked hard to become one of the best directors of all time. He had nothing other than a deliberate attitude of perfection, and a clear destiny, its Mani ratnam, a short man, a bit intelligent having a better half being really better than him became to become of the Best business Minds of the world, Not having any other desire rather being a communist by thought, capitalist by action and more of a humanist in living, its Narayanamurthy of Infosys.
Having completed class 10 and with no other deity than cricket as his destiny and decorum and with a journey with more joy and still jumping high Tendulkar had nothing other than the Attitude called Love for cricket (Many may not accept love as an attitude but still its so). More than all pride for the country, with no money , no shelter and just a enigma and a honour to be at the parliament of religions, The Lion from India Roared and Roared – Vivekananda had nothing more than self belief, and spiritual belief through Ramakrishna(be It any God/Religion)…
There are even a hundred people and a 1000 instances to depict the durable cause of attitude and the awesome fruit it bears.
Be it communication, team work, management, marketing, strategy, innovation, and lots more the only driving force I see is this attitude, Self control, sole goal and even a dedicated work is not at par with this attitude. Attitude stands first and the others come next.
Just think over whom we feel like making friends, if money, beauty, or intelligence is the criteria to make friends or to like people, many even most of us would not be having good friends, and mentors, Attitude being the ultimate objective in a Persons progress, and I have a strong feeling that Attitude is no alien and it’s a must winning quality that every on should protect to become a better protagonist …
Now just as said early I feel MBA a hot and a highly sought after course being viewed by me as My Belief in Attitude.At this point of time all the genius we saw so far and even the rest not narrated do not posses this three letter passport of MBA but still they have managed enough to tour across the globe and have got glorified, but i insist on only our Attitude that gets shaped when an MBA is completed.
Having moved with a few IIM Alumni and a few more aspiring I learnt thoroughly from them that the hefty pay packages and the Brand Recognition is not for their Degrees rather for their Attitude that made them to study at those Prestigious Institutes. The Exams being framed only to test your Attitude and belief rather than your past accolades and awards, the way the students are processed and selected for the Big B schools is only based on their attitude, the depiction on MBA and its charisma is less because the stress being on attitude, if you have the core of an attitude in you nothing else than you is sought after. Just you all of you would really smile when you hear me saying that I dream of winning the “The Man Booker Prize’” hope so I do one day . But I heard from Arvind Adiga(Man Booker Prize winner -2008) saying that he has been a moderate student along the way and its all about passion a by product of attitude that has made him achieve this, so lets all march towards achieving an absolutely Artistic attitude and decorate the destiny…

Air conditioned ODC (Offshore Development Centre- A place where Software People Work), Leeds conference hall and the scene has set for the senior management Review (A meeting where mangers walkthrough the Status of the project), Gopal passes on one slide after the other and also presents it to the managers…The slide passes and also his memories.

June18 2006 , it’s a sunny day and also a Sunday @ College Of Engineering Trichy, The placement officer lights up the pre placement talk for ‘Dipro’ A technology giant and a dream company for most of the budding engineers.

Eyes glowing with aspirations, heart pounding with passion for the programmer profile, was the mood at the auditorium, Written test with logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude and technical questions, 10 min after the questions were distributed some were looking weird and a few wily. The reactions were synonymous to the kiwi bowlers thrashed out by Viru .Most of them were defensive and not diligent enough to take on the test. After 90 minutes of disastrous drama the guys and girls flanked out of the accustomed auditorium.

Machan Out!, its gone, hoogaya yaar! Cried most of the breed out side the cafeteria where most of the curious and the cunning have a cool time in college.Gopal was certain that he did well but was uncertain on the results, he pretended to be calm being a highly inquisitive intellectual inhabitant.

The guys had a quick lunch were moving towards the auditorium to know their destiny.Gopal, Goutam, Aditya and Kumar were discussing on the Quarterly results of Dipro as if they were at the Board room of “NDTV profit” these shrewd guys were at seclusion when they are in their group.

The room was filled with silence and spirituality where people were praying out to their desirable deities , parta the placement officer narrated the process and started reading out the list, while half way down he called Gopal a few names later ADITYA, next Goutam, and finally the listed ended out having a total of 45 out of the attended 200. It was a tough call said the HR and kumar was bawling a bit but felt good for his friends and was cheering them out.
The gallant gopal was feeling like winning gold for India @ Olympics (A Rare but a great moment).Then came the technical and the HR interviews in which Gopal was impeccable and was listed among the final 30 who have been selected for the Don of Outsourcing Dipro.
Aditya and Goutam made it similar like gopal rather Kumar lost it up in the HR round.

Lots of wishes, arrays of appreciation, where were these they for the past 3 years, an year later 15th June 2007, fabulous Friday @ SNS engineering college where a sea of 1500 fresher’s recruited for Dipro gathered up for the Inducing induction program .

Gopal was on row 7 enjoying the music played, all of a sudden he felt a breeze of aroma filling there, the strings of guitar in the music attributed along with the gorgeous girl . Hi Is this G13? she asked disturbing gopal who was lost in her glory.Hmmm replied gopal with a opened eyes and closed lips , that moment gopal should have got 100 beats /second. It took some time for gopal to come back to ground zero. He was literally sweating and shivering and was totally dumb struck.

Hay this is Aarthi Raghuvaran sizzled that soothing statue, gopal was a bit nervous but still shook hands and said I’m Gopal Subramanian. I’m from IIT karaghpur – Computers, watt abt you gopal?? Quizzed aarthi, Gopal replied hesitantly CEG trichy, the session was purely business till lunch, there wasn’t even a single girl in gopal’s life, no crush, no love, no lust, Gopal was @ cloud nine to have acquaintance with Astonishing aarthi.They shared a few good conversations and its now its end of day, the next day was the final day before all being posted to their respective locations among Chennai, Gurgoan,Noida,Banglore.

That night gopal was restless, hopeless and also sleep less, his mind was preoccupied and aarthi was omnipotent to Gopal, The clock struck 4 in the morning and finally gopal decided to sleep and was back to the induction program, and that day Gopal was in his Lucy Blue peter England and Pantaloon Trousers and Aarthi was sizzling in a Dark blue Salwar, Gopal has always been inspired by the color blue, he felt energetic, elevated.

It was lunch time and all the guys and girls were busy with the buffet, hay sambar my favorite giggled aarthi, gopal turned back and thought to express his interest and the new chemical syndrome he was having because of her. Hi Gopal sambar tastes fine yaar , aarthi I Love u…proposed gopal seeing her plate which had pastas and sambar with papad.What ???Said aarthi, gopal galaxied at her eyes and said I have not felt like proposing a girl ever since. But it’s a but strong impact that u have made in me, I don’t know to overlook my feelings and also to sublimate my sense.

Aarthi was not surprised, rather smiled and said gopal thanks and carried on with her sambar, gopal was thrilled at her matured mentality .They finished the lunch and reached their seats It was tea time till that there was a sensible silence between the bewildered duo.

Sipping out tasty tea aarthi said gopal u look smart, I like your activities, but it takes time to understand each other and have a strong bondage of love. Gopal thought what a hell all these girls say the same dialogue of taking time to understand.(Gopal knew from his friends that Even lovers who have been loving for a decade hardly understand rather gossip and find time to fight, flirt and fashion out and say a with a flair that he/she is my boy/girl friend) That’s a bitter truth.

Gopal wasn’t happy but definitely not sad, they received the posting orders, gopal posted to Chennai and Aarthi to Noida, gopal was shell shocked to be separated from his sweet heart but life needs to move on. That evening Aarthi called on Gopal and they had a chat at the Anna nagar CCD (Café Coffee Day ) a paradise for lovers ,smokers, flirts and lots more .

Aarthi said gopal I really appreciate you being bold enough to propose among coward crowd I have come across. She said about Rakesh Rajagopalan her Boy friend doing His masters in Artificial Intelligence and Network Establishment at University of Texas, and briefed about their plan of getting married once rakesh is back from the states.Gopal’s heart felt the most pain and he still listened to her composed speech.

They disposed that day and the next day aarthi left to Noida leaving gopal a message that to consider her as a good friend and for which gopal didn’t reply, gopal dint believe in that philosophy. Now pity gopal started asking god why me ? Out of the 1000 odd people why did she sat next to me? Why did she spoke to me ?.

Consoling himself gopal moved to business and started to concentrate on work rather thinking on aarthi, when gopal started doing well in his office it started like adding oil to fire, he was overloaded with work, and he was in gloom. But this made him to get out aarthi and his virgin love , this time he made some good friends and spent nice time with them.
Gopal was hooked up with work which he had no idea and experience, most of the s/w professionals are at par with him in this status.

9Am-10 Pm sometimes 12@ Midnight during week days, washing clothes @ weekends, strange are the ways of life, he started to retrospect on his work which had literally no value rather a hefty pay every month for him and a zero mental peace and pride.

One year passed by like a donkey with a dobby man gopal was assaulted, aggravated and operated with too much work, making him stressed out physically and mentally adding to it the marriage invitation of aarthi getting married to rakesh, gopal started wondering how some girls (he knows many who are true enough !!) are so flexible in making and breaking out relationships, next came the appraisal and he got an Outstanding and an milestone award from the senior management and was promoted for his good work. Now gopal started thinking the 1000 reasons for he being at the right place at the right time, by now he is far ahead of his fellow joiners.

It was September 15 2008 a Monday morning Gopal decided to put on his papers affected by the strenuous job and lack of self satisfaction in his job. Though being awarded and appreciated for his work gopal was feeling that’s not the right place for him.

Gopal left for trichy bought 10acres of land through the money he earned and stared doing agriculture and also joined with a few NGO’s to educate the people in villages in and around trichy and also in building the basic infrastructure.
He also started his own Institute ‘ ADVETA – Energize and Educate’ a program for the well being of all the people below poverty line in his district and also in mentoring youngsters in enabling technology promoted farming.

He was selected as the NABARD youth chakra (National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development ) for financially enabling framers for better pasture’s. Its has been 2 years since his divergence in to his soul searching service. One fine summer morning he got a call from a meager voice, and it was Aarthi, she said she was in Chennai and rakesh has divorced her, gopal had sympathy for Aarthi and consoled her and asked her to travel to trichy.

Now gopal’s mind was clear, he’s still the same the love for aarthi is same and even now he is much clear in his destiny.Aarthi reached gopal’s house and he explained things to her and his family, and next morning all the near and dear gathered and gopal formally introduced aarthi as a protagonist for the ‘Vision For Women ‘Program a specially designed program for the up liftment of the women.

The next 5 years they were able to transfer 15 villages and made 150
Children learn computers, enabling materialized manufacturing and finished building 25 schools.Gopal thinks of off the 1000 reasons that has made him a person of action, progress and peace. Still aarthi remains as aarthi rajagopalan leading a young band wagon of potential women and their journey continues…

We may not know the 1000 reasons why certain actions happen, certain relations brake, certain deeds work out well…But there are 1000 reasons for us being blessed out a birth on Earth…

A 4 lettered man having a 3 lettered honour driving a 5 lettered nation ... A try to depict the man in his own math style of Direction.

The man is the legend of all times 'MANI RATHNAM' - (Mani -4 MBA - 3) , what a passion for professionalism this man has, an ace creator( Writer,Director,Producer) for more than 3 decades .
A protagonist by profession An Economist by qualification a writer by passion, more than all a Perfectionist and a progressive thinker. Why did i choose to blog on him??? I really wonder but i do as i was more influenced by the kind of impact he has made on the society on the whole.

I remember the first ever movie i watched and is coincidentally is of Mani's 'Roja' in 1992 if i am right.
A brigade of soldiers hunt out for the Terrors out in the Himalayan range, that opening scene is still vibrant and visible in my mind.

All parts of film making right from the story narration,Screenplay,Location,Direction,Music selection every department stands outstanding in all of his movies.

I am not a movie critic to overlook all these things but the core subjects he dwells with right out from Jihad,Love,Economics,Entrepreneurship,Friendship,.... the list of his movies speaks more of it. I really admire the nano perfection he portrays in all his creation.
I wonder the time when his movies speak of Cryptography(Roja),Encounters(Talabathi) which were very peculiar terms during those time.He has been progressive from that point. A really prolific precise creator he is, just imagine the one line story of the friendship b/w Karna and Duryoudhan is massive hit with his Midas touch in Talabhati, the character Surya still shines.

How could the story of D.Ambani could have been chronicled better than it was done in Guru where in a scene Abi replies to purely financial question(How did u convert non convertible debentures to stocks??) for which he replies that 'I am poor Business man and also he explains profit by saving 1 percent of his time in the allotted 2 minutes and says that's business.

Its just like reading a corporate houses quarterly report a precise vivid and vital description- just awesome. The most important of him: A normal person from a middle class Brahman family after completing his Masters in Business Administration from Jamanalal Bajaj during the late 80's moving into film making which is really a new domain of exposure to him!!!
How many of us would dare to do that if u have a MBA from a top b school. That's where the master strikes... Passion then Pocket brilliance than Big bucks... That's where Mani takes the pole position.

A person who applies what he learns will succeed forever and that's why Mani still wins and will win, we could visualise Economics,Finance,Statistics in some ways and means in his movies.
Look over the critical stories he has been doing Bombay,Roja,Alaipayuthey,Kannathil Muthamital.

A really talented tamilian making the India proud a prolific writer an ace director and an curious creator more than that a catalyst for a huge youngsters a professional in all paradigms makes him the guru of all times.

I Remember an Old Superstition saying "Bad luck follows when a Cat crosses your path", believe me your Good luck starts once you cross 'CAT', there is not much difference between the 2 rather both are really WILD,

I usually think when will i get fulfilled yeah!!! its simple when i am in IIM its done, it might sound a bit crazy but that's what the reality is. 500 odd people sorry mostly professional people competing for a single seat is what happens every year. The worlds most toughest exam to crack which leads in to the Best B schools to get in.

Sincere students,stressed engineers, dominant doctors, Costly Ca's, Energetic Economist all have one common love for the three letter word "---", Hi wait its about CAT don't think else :) .

Whats so special about this 3 hour long battle among brains, packages??,Education??,Knowledge?? Yeah ultimately Brand,Build,and the Boeing force that u get in thought, action and results that make them so special.

Its very often you hear these old names "Bajaj's","Jain's","Monjee's", they are not old uncles, but Old guns of modern management. The IPL Experience

Sunny day all around Chennai, sweat boils the body and we have the colorful masala coated, (hi meant the girls over there it’s down south man) and the top entertainer “IPL” match between Chennai super kings (Really They Are) and the Kolkata Knight Riders (I could not see any pony over there) right over the MAC stadium.

The cheers started from the road side of chepauk where u have got thunderous fans applauding, blowing out whistle and full of energy, hope and joy, one could witness the spirit and passion or at least the entertainment for cricket that the people of Chennai have.

The stingy smell from the surroundings and the patrol roaming here and there make u feel bad than the hot sun, finally the war is set and the battle has begun this is how the announcement goes when the players start their nets right out in the ground, bang on ! , Suddenly comes a gorgeous voice that not only attracts the astounding audience gathered right over but also the apprehensive players.

We could see lot of young and beautiful women to ramp across the stands along with their bubbling boy friends (Not as smart as their pair), but that’s not the real kick over there that day, when the percussionist started to rock up with his drums which is beyond excellence to be compared, everything was fine that day except the heat that was literally melting us.
Finally the play started (I meant the real game not any drama) and it was a dream come true to watch batsmen like “Ganguly” and “pointing “batting right out in the middle, but it was short dream as both din’t progress well in the match, it is really a different experience to view a match live in the place its actually played, but factually no replays, no commercial breaks. It was really different to us as it s the first time we went to watch a live match in action…. It was the Chennai super kings who were in the drivers seat and it’s really unfortunate for the Chennai people as we could not watch the “MIGHTY MCCULLUM s fire works with his bat., but it’s was a good show by the knight riders to post a pretty decent target on the board.

We were behaving like a child when we saw some of the top players’ moving towards the stands and waving the hands would tell it’s a brand new experience to watch a match live in action rather than in TV which zooms up actually what is not the reality that’s happening right over there..

The floods light pay in a romantic mood even if u not with u r girl friend, there is no place for romance in my case as I went with my friend. It has been the cheer leaders who were not only cheering the crowd but also the people right over there and also the hungry media, thank god it was really censored show by the cheer leaders giving no way for any controversies.
It was a fine afternoon and a breezy evening with lot of young charming ladies stealing our eyes away from the parking area when we stood in to move our vehicle post match , that was the first time I am in witness of beauty of Chennai a blend of hot chicks to homely teens, thanks to IPL, it has been more of entertainment for us than cricket and it has been more and more Moolah (Money) for the BCCI than cricket, I am sure of watching another IPL match soon but not alone

Hot Hotter Hottest, this is how I feel when I walk along the road side of arumbakkam near CMBT (Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus) by 9 in the morning of a sunny day.

Inhaling the potent polluted air I passed on the entrance of the BUS stand starting the day with fresh ideas, quite a fast city Chennai is, huge crowd waving in to the city from all parts of the state and even country too with dreams and aspirations over their future in this fabulous city.

Viewing all these I got into the lane where I have the bus that I need to board to reach my office, quite dressed like a professional I stood out there watching and waiting for her to come, there comes my darling, just think of her - fair complexion with green eyes, and slim and sleek in structure and u really cant imagine a beautiful and a charming being compared to her peer ones, my angel is simply awesome.

Generally I come here to the bus stand daily on time by 9.10 to see her don’t forget, its not only me who is waiting to see my gorgeous angel but also a bunch of people from college teens to middle aged geeks, working women to senior citizens, at times I have seen even school boys waiting for her to have a look on.

She’s really a princess, an angel – who cares for me and also an progressive partner in my journey , she gives me such a care and hospitality and also a good feel on my journey towards destiny. She has a serving mother who collects wealth for her and a skillful father who drives her along the path of her life with care. A really bonded family their's is.

I was really inspired by her family and their understanding of each other, and also by her affection nowadays I could not avoid her in my life in my daily routines, I need her support daily without her I could not be prompt even I have been waiting to meet her for more than 30 min last week, but its worth to wait for her.

I have felt this many times and I am still feeling the same, I generally don’t believe in love @ first sight, but its really true and I have realized it only after seeing her, I am a bit worried over her health conditions as last week I saw her coughing and struggling to breath as her parents din’t take too much care that week as they were busy on some other work.

I daily pray to GOD to bless my beloved and I really don’t know how to express my love and affection to her. Finally collecting all my bravery I conveyed my love to my Beautiful “D70” which is more than a bus for me, I really enjoy traveling to my office and way back home I really share some valuable time with her, I really love her as she too cares to my safety right from she picks me up and till she drop me near my home…
Love is eternal and we both enjoy it………………………………………………
